What went wrong is the question, the answer is where do I start.In simple terms, I bought a car on finance, it broke after 2 weeks, I rejected the car on the grounds it wasn't fit for purpose and it took 9 months to resolve and I didn't get a full refund for the 9 monthly payments I had to make. The refund equated to 3 monthly payments. In addition the customer complaints team were nonresponsive, that is they didn't return any calls, answer any emails. When I spoke to the customer services team, they couldn't help and advised that they had a shortage of staff. NOT MY ISSUE CBF! To rub salt in the wounds they even stole from me. Once the payout had been made, the skeanky buggers took an unauthorised payment out of my account. When challenged, I was advised that it was my fault for not cancelling the DD. They also stated that it would take 5 to 7 days to return. I have once again contacted CBF regarding this demanding compensation, yet they fail to respond. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and no accountability.Buyer beware!!!
