Would give 0 if at all possible. Can’t stand this finance company for my car finance, I would opt out if I had the choice. I’ve been out of work sick for a number of months now. Sometimes my payment is late as I am only on illness benefit and due to cost of living crisis struggle some months to have my finance payment on time. My payment is always made every month, just some months not on time. I have notified close brothers of my circumstances numerous times. I was working great hours and on great money when signing up 3 years ago. I just couldn’t have predicted I would fall ill and be in this position. I am hounded and inundated with calls, emails, texts and letters daily reminding me payment is due within the FIRST day of missing the payment whenever the occasion arises. Obviously payment will be made when I have it. When my payment is late, I am obviously aware it is due. Its a stressful enough situation dealing with being sick and out of work and trying to make the payments on time at the moment. There is absolutely no need for the constant daily phone calls and reminders that payment is due.I have received letters when payment is late saying how if you are struggling to let them know and they will help or accommodate you where possible. Yet although I’ve made them aware of my circumstances, when I answer one of their many reminder calls, I am met with ignorance and rudeness from the agents demanding I must make a payment.
