I called 3 times this afternoon to try and resolve an accounting issue, and the call was ended / cut off all 3 times. I’ll admit it was close to your phone lines closing. But, please don’t let it get to the point of take my account details, letting me you give half my issue, for you then to terminate the call. Having worked for a call centre, in the past I know the frustration of a call a minute or 2 before lines close, but take a call…deal with it.
