My recent interaction with Close Brother Finance Company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I wouldn't wish this kind of frustration and disappointment on my worst enemy. From the very beginning, their lack of professionalism and customer care was evident. Made so many compaints but no reply. Very bad. First and foremost, their communication was abysmal. I was promised timely updates and clear information about my car financing process, but instead, I was met with radio silence. It felt like pulling teeth just to get a response, and when I did manage to get through to someone, their attitude was indifferent at best.But the communication issues were just the tip of the iceberg. [Car Finance Company Name] also seemed to have no qualms about adding hidden fees and charges to the agreement without any prior notice. I was blindsided by unexpected costs that were conveniently buried deep within the fine print. It's clear that their main goal is to squeeze as much money out of their customers as possible, regardless of the financial strain it causes.Furthermore, their lack of transparency was alarming. Key terms and conditions were either vague or conveniently omitted altogether, leaving me feeling like I was being manipulated into an unfair deal. Spare yourself the headache and find a reputable car finance provider that values honesty, transparency, and your financial well-being.I did not signed anything as system error and could not do anything they still paid the money to motor dealer and instead of chasing him they have not done anything .I have written so many letters and email but nothing was done. Stay away .
