My rate is 0The worst customer service ever, they know how to drive people crazy and get mental health.My car has not been driven since 14.08.2023 and they never called me back after sending the engineer who found that the car has a lot of issues to be driven.I never get an email or call from Close Brothers Group even after calling them 4 times. They just said that they would call me back in 3 days and today 29.08.2023 they said the same. I sent an email on the 16 and I still waiting for their answer.I have had this car parked since 14 without any news.It has been 16 days of paying for public transport and Uber if public transport arrives late or has a mechanical problem along the way on the way to work. prevented me from moving wherever I wanted on my days off. I hope after this complaint I will finally have at least news about my situation.
