If I could give zero stars I would!! Customer complaints team are NON existent!! everytime I call, customer care team, they say " we don't deal with that unfortunately". Followed by "We will put a note on your file for complaints to call you back" but nobody ever calls back or replies to emails! I'm.appauled at the lack of communication.
