Shambolic would be too kind a word to use for these clowns.Took out car insurance and 3 months later got threatening letters about cancelling it because I'd not provided the ZERO requests they had sent me.Hid behind their own inept investigation but after 30 yrs of driving this is only time I've ever had such nonsense to deal with.
