Everything I expect from a finance provider. Nothing more, nothing less. Worrying moment came right at the end when they sent me an email thanking me for my custom, said I had nothing left to pay and then asked me the customer, to make sure my bank direct debit was cancelled “in case” they tried to take money from me!!! How about you put a system in place where this will not happen!? How about you stop your employees or automated computers from trying to take money from people who owe you nothing? Spoiler to what was a clear contract.
