On the 20th April 2023 I took out motor finance with close brothers. A week later problems occurred with the car so I contacted both the finance and car garage and closed brothers advise me to return the car and instructed what other steps to take after dealing with a difficult salesman. Since then now 3+ months on this is still unresolved! This has now effected my credit score (I am yet to understand how this has happened) because I am still paying for the finance every month. It seems this finance company are great if you experience no unexpected issues but absolutely horrific if you do. Similar to other reviews, I have made numerous attempts of contact in different ways but still resolution. This has effected me in so many different ways with working out of the town I live in and massively out of pocket too. I am now in contact with the ombudsman to get this resolved. It should never get to that in the first place. Never ever again will I use close brothers and I have been a customer of theirs previously. Terrible service!
