No reply to my concerns although I am within my statutory rights to return the vehicle. I am now forced to pay a solicitor to start legal proceedings against the finance company for not adhering to my consumer rights and all out of pocket expenses I have incurred as a disabled motorist will be levied against Close Brothers Motor Finance as a result of their failure to provide a reasonable serviceUpdate as of 01/08/2023Having had a significant response back from CBMF I am now satisfied that senior officials and Complaint Handlers have shown a quality customer service response and expediency in helping to resolve this matter, and having heard about my distress, they immediately uplifted the faulty vehicle and returned my credit status back to before I had taken out this finance agreement. CBMF also paid me back my out of pocket expenses and gave me £50 for the duress that having no response from their claims handler caused to me. I will use CBMF to finance my next vehicle but in future I will be very careful on where I go to purchase my car.
