They said we cannot offer you payment holiday but you can pay half of the payment for next two months, but on the third month your payment is going to go up and it’s going to affect your credit history for the next six years, so I decided not to take any help from them because clearly there is no help available , with the next to nothing help it’s going to affect my credit history in the long run so think before you make a phone call to them they are they’re clearly not to help the customers.
