I have contacted them because they owe me a refund and on this week Monday 3rd of July 2023 I was told, I would receive a payment that day. Then I did not receive refund. I called them back on Tuesday and they said they are putting in a same day request and I will get it before close of business, did not get any refund either. When I called them today they are telling me that they have forwarded the email to the financing department and they haven’t heard back anything yet. I have been made promises by them and they have not kept their word. It is ridiculous because this refund was due last week and here I am struggling to get my money back. Please send me my money back as this is not fair.
