Close brothers complaints department. The service I have received so far is shocking. Don’t answer the phone or return calls when voicemails left or return emails. Can’t get through to my case handler even when I manage to eventually get someone to answer. Trying desperately to resolve the issue and have reported lack of correspondence several times. No change. Incorrect information given to assessor that has looked at my vehicle so the assessor went off a presumption on history of vehicle. I’m hoping someone from close brothers looks into this review and I start getting some correspondence.My complaint handler has now been in touch and is looking into it all. I am hopeful this will be resolved soon.
