I have had several agreements with Close Brothers. Not a proiblem when it comes to collecting fees on their part.However when I called customer service to get a settlment figure for my car the interest rate applied and amount outsanding were in correct. The system showed the correct amount being paid and based on this it was logical that someone has applied the worng interest rate hence as the repayment amount and term showed otherwise.The person I spoke to suggested I make a complaint to ge this reolved which I found odd as it could have just been resolved by checking the original signed agreement and details.This is where my problems began. I am trying to sell the car and have called the complaint team 3 times over 3 days and left messages and no one called back. Today I called them again and spoke to chap called Alu and got diconnected with him after 20 mins of chatting to him and when I called back asnwer phone again. I called the normal team and asked to speak to a manager as I needed to sell the car urgently but was told no manager was available.When things go wrong with these guys they have a complete lack of service and knowledge of what to do.Come on guys, I just want someone to get this sorted. it's easy to sort. If your working from home time to start working please.
