Took out a home insurance policy with Swinton in Nov23. On sane day I took out policy I realised it wasn't suitable so when I received email to sign credit agreement I emailed back to say the policy wasn't suitable. 2 weeks letter another email to sign credit agreement and I again emailed to say the policy wasn't wanted.They took 6 months payments. I complained and they advised that in very small print in email it said the email address wasn't monitored Despite my clear evidence they kept my money. There seems no way to refuse agreement even during filling off period So I'm making a larger complaint to financial ombudsman in hope they can find how common this is. I hope to prove these agreements aren't fair or valid and are missold
