The whole experience was so easy and friendly with easy to answer questions, we didn’t at any time feel pressurised into accepting the offer, quite the opposite in fact, the whole process only took a few minutes, we couldn’t believe how pleasant the whole process was, thank you so much for treating us like human beings, and understanding that as pensioners aren’t quite as “techy” as the younger generation, 🤗
