It's appears the customer services are reluctant to make contact with me. I had my bank account hacked so the bank froze everything whilst it was being investigated. My direct debit to close brothers failed. They sent me a letter stating they would approach the bank at a later date and hit me with a late payment charge. I contacted them and explained the situation via email (i had to wait for a letter from them to get the email address) as I had searched online for a contact number or email address but couldn't find anyone on their site. When you click on contact us it just refreshes their Web page. I heard absolutely nothing back from them and they just took the payment and charge any way. This was after two emails were sent and 8 days had passed. I would understand if I had deliberately missed the payment but I tried the same day the direct debit was due to contact them so it wouldn't be late but couldn't get anywhere. A situation that's out of someone's hands does not make it right to charge a fee especially with the cost of living at the minute. I will be seeking alternative insurance elsewhere.Thanks for the reply. I have already sent the agreement number in the emails
