Really no help at all when I found out I was going to struggle to pay last 9 payments, through no fault of my own. I called customer service, only to be told that all they could do was to let me have a payment holiday (miss next 2 payments - resulting in a poor credit rating) or pay a lump sum therefore reducing my monthly bill. No help either when it was a lack of funds that was the problem in the first place. Ended up switching to another car finance company with a cheaper interest rate.
