Awful customer service, very very slow and very little communication, having to wait for a letter to be sent out in the post as extra checks!It’s been over week now and still no decision has been made!Like a I say an awful dreadful service, I would steer clear of these, happy to take your £500 deposit within days but then nothing.Had to research these and see if it was a scam company!
