So I purchased a finance agreement for 4 years, never missed a payment, need to pay a final payment as they have put a high valued security tag. I needed this removed but they refused to remove it and its making me struggle to apply for refinance to clear the debt and they are not removing this and causing me issue to reapply finance. They said they can only remove this once balance is paid off, they only sent a confirmation letter they will remove the tag once the payment has been made. No help at all. Useless!!
