Excellent customer service, excellent product. Closer Pets answered all of my questions by phone and email and helped me find the best possible solution for my cats. I need an auto feeder that will open simultaneously for two cats. The C200 accomplishes that with the lid-link clip. The only drawback is the bowls are side by side and I would prefer to have two bowls separated since one cat may finish his meal first and try to steal his brother's food. The C200 is solid construction. The timer knob moves slowly so be patient. I thought it wasn't moving at all and contacted Closer Pets to ask about it.
