I own a medical company and, I felt their offerings on the sales and initial call are a bit misleading. They didn't have enough of a discovery call with me initially to find out if it can actually work for what I do or not. They made it seem like it would work as they are eager to make the sale and "close," but when we got into the weeds (after I had paid) it was clear they provide tools we can't/won't leverage due to the nature of our medical business. Copyrighting doesn't cost this much. I asked if I could pay for their time in doing those discovery calls, but asked for a partial refund on the rest as they could never answer what they were actually doing that my team wasn't already doing. They said they had no refund policy at all. So, I paid an enormous amount of money for a few discovery calls to realize their tools won't help me, and for my team to figure out and do the rest of the work with no refund or even partial refund. I would strongly suggest a far more lengthy call with them prior to giving any money as they are eager to close but not serve the client if their tools end up not being a good fit in my experience.
