I am a closer, and I was in their pipeline, where they successfully placed me in an offer without any payment from my side. After going through two rounds of interviews, I began working with a notable company, earning 10-15k per month. Overall, it was a fantastic experience; definitely one of the best staffing services in the high-ticket industry.

As the owner of a medical company, I found their sales tactics and initial call to be somewhat deceptive. There wasn't sufficient exploration during the discovery call to determine if their offerings would actually suit my needs. They presented it as if their solution would work, driven by a desire to close the sale, but once we delved deeper (after payment), it became apparent that the tools they provide are not applicable to our medical business. The cost for their services is excessive, especially for what they offer. I inquired about compensating them for the discovery calls and requested a partial refund, as they couldn't clarify how their services differed from what my team already does. They informed me that they have no refund policy. Consequently, I ended up spending a significant amount for a few discovery calls only to find their tools unhelpful, leaving my team to manage everything without any refund options. I highly recommend having a more extensive discussion with them before committing any funds, as their focus seems to be on closing sales rather than genuinely assisting clients.

I own a medical company and, I felt their offerings on the sales and initial call are a bit misleading. They didn't have enough of a discovery call with me initially to find out if it can actually work for what I do or not. They made it seem like it would work as they are eager to make the sale and "close," but when we got into the weeds (after I had paid) it was clear they provide tools we can't/won't leverage due to the nature of our medical business. Copyrighting doesn't cost this much. I asked if I could pay for their time in doing those discovery calls, but asked for a partial refund on the rest as they could never answer what they were actually doing that my team wasn't already doing. They said they had no refund policy at all. So, I paid an enormous amount of money for a few discovery calls to realize their tools won't help me, and for my team to figure out and do the rest of the work with no refund or even partial refund. I would strongly suggest a far more lengthy call with them prior to giving any money as they are eager to close but not serve the client if their tools end up not being a good fit in my experience.

This company does not offer what they advertise; they claim to advertise placing closers in a business for some kind of fee, and they do no such thing. In fact, they require they take over all of your marketing in-house before they will even offer to place any kind of closer. And then, if you as a business owner do not have the time to close most of your leads yourself first, then they will not place a closer in the business for any kind of fee. This is bait-and-switch at its finest. The interaction was very combative when I was just trying to find out about their services; it became an attack on everything that turned into me respectfully ending the call saying it is clear that they do not intend to do what they advertise.
