I really think I’ve already done a review but I will do it again. I love my new closet. There are a few things I still need to deal with and just haven’t because I’ve been away.Issac did a great job with my closet. He listen to what I needed and assessed what I had and came up with a plan that accommodated everything. He probably spent an hour to an hour and a half at my house initially gathering information about what I wanted and looking at all of the clothes I had already put out on racks and things that were still in the closet. I was afraid I was putting a 10 pound bag of do you know what into issac did a great job with my closet. He listen to what I needed and assessed what I had and came up with a plan that accommodated everything. I was afraid I was putting a 10 pound bag of you know what into a 5 pound bag but it all worked out very well. I had another closet company come before Issac and he spent maybe 20 minutes here and was out of here. And then he never got back to me or so I thought but I think he did but sent it to the wrong email address. The day that my closet was finished I wrote to the guy and said why did you not ever get back with me? I had told him there was no rush and I thought maybe he thought I wasn’t serious but I meant no rush like it was OK to do it in a couple of weeks or something. He ultimately sent the plans to meet he had done and said he thought it was a lot like what Issac had done but it wasn’t. Issac and I carefully planned out where I would have gift wrap, ribbons, boxes, presents that I buy in advance for occasions and so forth and I saw nothing like that in the other guy’s plan! Anyway, it looks great. It functions well, and except for it being cold because I seem to never truly be able to conquer that aspect of it or the hot temperatures in the summer, it’s fantastic.
