The master bedroom closet came out well, but the installation crew made a mess of my walls when filling in the previous screw holes from the old closet. Instead of just filling the hole with spackle, they made a couple of inch wide repair for a 1/4 inch hole requiring professional help to repair every one of more than thirty holes with texture and paint. The Orlando franchise manager explained that it was in the contract to do a rough repair but this mess they made of the walls was not necessary. Some of the drywall anchors were still in the wall partially sticking out. Totally unnecessary and nothing but aggravation reporting the issue to the company who thinks this is the way it should be done. This is not what you would expect from an expensive nationwide company.
