DO Not get anything from this company they do not give a dam about their customers I have been unfortunate to have one of their wash and dry toilets for the last 3years it has broken down with the same fault on several occasions the last time I contacted them it had gone wrong on the Friday evening as they don't have an emergency call out I had to wait till Monday to call them they did not call back so I phoned them and got an engineer appointment on Wednesday when I asked what to do in the time I had to wait his solution was to turn the water off to the whole bungalow witch would have left me without any heating or hot water great solution these bunch do not care about their customers they just care about money all they say is its their policy
