The product itself is fantastic, but the seat height is taller than my previous toilet and cannot be adjusted. The water function is excellent but needs technician adjustments. The surrounding installation quality was poor, with uneven cuts that look unattractive and will require repairs later. This is why I've reduced my rating for the toilet and installation. I'm open to reconsidering my rating if these problems are fixed.
The product is excellent overall. However, the seat height is taller than my previous toilet and cannot be adjusted. While the water operation is superb, it requires adjustments by a technician. The surround fitted to accommodate the toilet was of low quality, with rough cuts that are unattractive and will need fixing later. This is why I've lowered my rating for both the toilet and the installation. I would reconsider my score if these issues were addressed.
The technician eventually called and arrived a week earlier than expected, at a suitable time. We had to cancel two prior appointments due to unsuitable timings. Although we requested visits after 11 am, the technician called to say he would arrive at 10:15. The service was executed flawlessly. I'm very pleased with the technician, but not with the scheduling team.
