I am furious with this company, I live alone, really need this facility and now have a problem. It will be 5 days before they will come out, how am I supposed to cope for 5 days without a toilet. No emergency cover, no weekend cover, as it is going to be mostly people with some sort of disability using these toilets this is a disgrace
