Nothing is progressing, so why not just resend the item to ensure it reaches the right people? This has been my worst experience in a long time, with two negative incidents in just a week. The customer service is unhelpful as well—suggesting I check with the house it was delivered to, as if I hadn't already. My order clearly states flat 7, not house 7. Truly terrible.
