I have 3 sets of these knit tracksuits now. Really warm & comfortable. Look stylish & on trend to wear out, but also good to lounge in too. Would definitely recommend.
After hesitating many times, I decided to buy these jeans despite my concerns about misleading advertisements. I'm usually not one to dive deep into reviews before buying, but I took a chance and I'm so glad I did! These are the most comfortable jeans I've ever worn—stretchy and allowing for great movement. They even have a little belt at the back to adjust the fit. My daughter loved them so much she ordered a pair, and two friends did the same! They’ve quickly become favorites for everyone, with ages ranging from 18 to 40. Delivery was smooth, with regular updates and it arrived on time, well-packaged. Now the guys in the house are starting to realize that us girls are also shopping for clothes. It would be fantastic if they could start offering women's footwear too!
I ordered a pair of cuffed joggers that I liked, so I decided to get another set in a different color. However, the fit was completely different. When I tried to return them for a refund, I found out that I was refunded almost £10 less because shipping wasn't included, and I had to pay again to send them back. It feels like a scam.

I ordered a gift that was sent to the wrong address. The service depends on a delivery platform that is inadequate. My mother placed an order the same day and is still waiting, with no tracking updates since the 4th, now 7 days later. If you're considering ordering gifts, I advise against it; you may not receive them correctly and will have to search for them or deal with the support team, who only suggest it might take extra days. Nothing is progressing, so why not just resend the item to ensure it reaches the right people? This has been my worst experience in a long time, with two negative incidents in just a week. The customer service is unhelpful as well—suggesting I check with the house it was delivered to, as if I hadn't already. My order clearly states flat 7, not house 7. Truly terrible.
