STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star to leave a review; I would choose 0 stars if possible. I purchased a bed and was given a delivery date. A few days before, I received a message saying it would come earlier, and someone had to be available. The delivery driver just dropped off the bed without allowing me to check it over. When we finally set up the bed, it was not the one shown in the photo. The mattress was dirty, wet, and ripped, and it certainly wasn’t memory foam as I could feel every spring. The bed was much lower than the one pictured and also dirty. I have emailed the company numerous times without a reply, and contacting the platform led to being told they emailed the seller and not to reach out again. I am now out of pocket and without a bed. I will be pursuing this further — this company is terrible, and I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand.
