Order number - 7XHYCW-48J5PT (51211169) So I’m now writing my second review regarding the bed I ordered through Wowcher (cloud 9yn) I am yet to have received a response regarding my issue. After seeing pictures of where these beds are stored I am so shocked that Wowcher continue to work with them. Life is very hard for everyone at the moment without getting ripped off and I saved to get my little boy a bed (which is still sat in my hallway) and he is on a mattress. I just would like a refund so I can get him another one. Like I said in my previous review there is no way on this earth I’d let him sleep on the one that came from cloud 9!!!!!

This company delivers faulty, subpar, and unusable beds. It's been 6 weeks, and they still refuse to acknowledge that I was delivered a bed with the wrong headboard, and after only a week, a broken drawer.
The customer service is abysmal—just repetitive emails every 3-5 days, with no actual resolution in sight. I deeply regret not doing more research on this company before purchasing. It’s alarming that they are still in operation.
I strongly advise staying away from Cloud9yn and any offers on Wowcher. The experience has been nothing short of frustrating.

I was quite worried after reading the negative reviews. I hadn’t seen them before ordering a single mattress! I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived today. It came quickly, and the delivery driver was very helpful. The mattress had a plastic protector and is of excellent quality! There were no marks, and it is quite thick; I can't feel any springs at all. I would purchase from this service again.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star to leave a review; I would choose 0 stars if possible. I purchased a bed and was given a delivery date. A few days before, I received a message saying it would come earlier, and someone had to be available. The delivery driver just dropped off the bed without allowing me to check it over. When we finally set up the bed, it was not the one shown in the photo. The mattress was dirty, wet, and ripped, and it certainly wasn’t memory foam as I could feel every spring. The bed was much lower than the one pictured and also dirty. I have emailed the company numerous times without a reply, and contacting the platform led to being told they emailed the seller and not to reach out again. I am now out of pocket and without a bed. I will be pursuing this further — this company is terrible, and I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand.
I gave 1 star because I couldn’t leave zero… Avoid this place!!!! Absolutely terrible service, poor quality product that was not as advertised. There were dirty marks on the base and damage on the headboard, with packaging intentionally scratched to hide the damage… Customer service is nonexistent; I emailed 5 times with no response. The delivery person was rude and wanted to leave it on the doorstep, not helpful at all even though I paid for delivery.
I'm extremely frustrated with the service I received. I paid for a bed that never arrived, and despite reaching out to the manufacturer several times, I’ve been completely ignored. They took my money and provided nothing in return. It’s outrageous and completely unacceptable. Avoid this company — their operations are appalling. I still haven’t received my order, my refund, or even a basic response. Disgraceful behavior from a company that clearly does not value its customers.
I ordered a double mattress with a discount, and there were no emails confirming the order or delivery. This raised concerns, so I checked reviews and was shocked by the negativity. I received a message about delivery, but then another stating the delivery vehicle 'broke down,' so I canceled my payment through the bank and luckily got it back. Their lack of communication and the delivery issue were enough for me to distrust them. I’m now without a mattress and will not be ordering again. What a joke of a service! I rejected the mattress when it finally arrived in a rundown van. Please, do not buy from this company!
The pillows I purchased are absolutely inadequate — while the cost seemed reasonable, the reality was quite disappointing. Delivery was delayed by 20 days instead of the promised 7, and customer service was utterly unresponsive. Thankfully, I can afford to write this off, but I advise others to steer clear of this company.
