I gave 1 star because I couldn’t leave zero… Avoid this place!!!! Absolutely terrible service, poor quality product that was not as advertised. There were dirty marks on the base and damage on the headboard, with packaging intentionally scratched to hide the damage… Customer service is nonexistent; I emailed 5 times with no response. The delivery person was rude and wanted to leave it on the doorstep, not helpful at all even though I paid for delivery.
