I received a message about delivery, but then another stating the delivery vehicle 'broke down,' so I canceled my payment through the bank and luckily got it back. Their lack of communication and the delivery issue were enough for me to distrust them. I’m now without a mattress and will not be ordering again. What a joke of a service! I rejected the mattress when it finally arrived in a rundown van. Please, do not buy from this company!
