We have been using Cloudbeds for a week but the experience is positive. We had a few sales calls with Codi, who was very helpful answering the questions. After that, the onboarding with Cesar was excellent. He is knowledgeable and very responsive, will hold your hand for 30 days which is more than enough. We also tested support email, there is AI behind it and the responses we've got were helpful. We use Cloudbeds only to integrate with Expedia and Google Hotels; we still keep our main PMS and run Cloudbeds in parallel. Google Hotels (free) added the booking engine to our business profile in a few days. One drawback is that they do not have iCal import capabilities besides Airbnb, VRBO and a few camping OTAs (so you cannot import whatever iCal you want). They have iCal exports though. Another one is that you cannot add more than one payment processor and map to different room types (okay for hotels, but not that great for managed vacation rentals). Running Hotel Ads requires an extra monthly fee (plus the ads).
