Nice user interface and works fine, mainly, for mailbox migrations, but that's about it. Data migrations are painful, slow and their support tried to blame Microsoft (we checked with Microsoft - it wasn't them). Their support teams are quite rude and not that great, taking a long time to respond: we spent a lot of money on licensing and expected a decent level of support. The reporting on migrations was inaccurate - indicating successful migrations but found gigabytes of data missing. It's just not reliable enough.I cannot recommend Cloudiway at all and have moved to a much better product.
After More than 20 years of experience finally a product that works. We used it for tenant to tenant migration and all have been done in less than 24h including Mailboxes, Teams and onedrive. Everything has to be well prepared and with the Help of the support for the settings all have run without any problems. One day after migration, no other call for support, just a dream!
I would not recommend doing business with this company. They advertise what they cannot deliver (proof is fully available) and then refuse to refund your monies in full when it does not work. Your left out of pocket with a failed migration. Its self service and any support (other than very basic email) has to be paid for, which you end up doing as instructions are not always clear and things don't work as planned. If you complain they have blame and excuses and are plain rude. Bottom line, avoid at all costs.
Dårligt kontrol panel. virker ikke. besværligt. brugte en konkurrent i stedet. virkede out of the box med de samme informationer. Bad control panel. Doesn't work and is very difficult. Used a competitor instead. Worked like a charm with the same informations. Strange......
