Today is January 2nd, and I still haven't received the sweatshirt I ordered on 11/28. They have my payment. Tracking shows a delivery attempt on 12/23, but after some investigation, I found out the shipper's truck broke down. I've reached out to the support team, and they informed me via email that I need to deal with the shipper myself, as they won't assist. The company's website doesn't make it clear that the product ships from overseas. The shipping service claims to offer live chat support, but that hasn't been my experience; they rely on AI and provide little help. I'm not optimistic about receiving my order.
