I ordered a hoodie for my great niece and it arrived within a reasonable time frame. Admittedly, I was a bit disappointed that they claim to be a Canadian company, yet the product is manufactured and shipped from China.

The biggest problem I have with my order, is that my receipt clearly stated a charge of $105.99, yet my credit card was charged $144.90. I've tried reaching out to them for resolution, but they won't return my emails.

From what I've seen in most of the other reviews here, most purchases were like mine and made for children with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety or other conditions. The operator of this business has got to be pretty low to exploit people by not delivering orders or charging extra amounts to credit cards.

I placed an order on December 9, 2025, and have not yet received the item. When I reach out to customer support, they avoid answering my questions. I've been informed that it is moving through the delivery process. However, when I check the tracking number with the postal service, it indicates it's still in pre-shipment, with no updates since December 24. They issued a $10 refund for the shipping cost, but have not provided any further information or additional refunds.

Christmas Order Disappointment

I ordered two items for Christmas, and they arrived on time. A $15 pop-it toy was added to my order automatically. Unfortunately, neither child liked their hoodies, which were both quite oversized, so I requested to return the hoodies and the toy. One hoodie can't be returned because the tag was removed, and the other can't be returned due to a mismatch with the internal order number. The customer service phone line is just a bot, making it impossible to reach a live representative for assistance with the return. Returns are supposed to be handled via email, with a guaranteed response time of 24 hours, but it's been over a week since my last message.

Frustrated with Delayed Shipment and Lack of Support

Today is January 2nd, and I still haven't received the sweatshirt I ordered on 11/28. They have my payment. Tracking shows a delivery attempt on 12/23, but after some investigation, I found out the shipper's truck broke down. I've reached out to the support team, and they informed me via email that I need to deal with the shipper myself, as they won't assist. The company's website doesn't make it clear that the product ships from overseas. The shipping service claims to offer live chat support, but that hasn't been my experience; they rely on AI and provide little help. I'm not optimistic about receiving my order.

Order placed on December 1st, disappointment followed

I placed my order on December 1st, believing their claim of shipping within 3 days with a guarantee for Christmas delivery. However, it was shipped after 9 days from overseas. Now, 27 days later, it still hasn't arrived and I haven't received any communication from the company. It's frustrating. They took my money, I have no hoodie, and my attempts to get in touch have gone unanswered. This has ruined my kids' Christmas gift plans.

Still waiting for the sweatshirt we ordered!

I can't comment on the sweatshirt since we haven't received it yet! We placed our order on December 5th, and the website indicated it would arrive by the 21st. Now it's the 26th, and the sweatshirt, which is a crucial part of my daughter's gift, is still missing. It just left the country today, so it will take a few more days to arrive. I would advise against trusting their delivery estimates!

Absolutely disappointing service!

Is it possible to rate lower than 1? This seller misrepresents shipping timelines and is dishonest in their customer service communications. Avoid being deceived. I ended up canceling my order and disputing the charge with my credit card.

The website and sales methods clearly need a technical assessment, as they seem ineffective or potentially misleading. I've reached out three times through the site and received no response.
