I placed an order on December 9, 2025, and have not yet received the item. When I reach out to customer support, they avoid answering my questions. I've been informed that it is moving through the delivery process. However, when I check the tracking number with the postal service, it indicates it's still in pre-shipment, with no updates since December 24. They issued a $10 refund for the shipping cost, but have not provided any further information or additional refunds.
