I have owned my straighteners for just 10 months, and they stopped maintaining heat. I arranged a warranty return for repair but was without them for over two weeks, forcing me to buy an alternative product, which cost me more money. They were returned yesterday, worked for about five minutes, and then switched off completely. Now, they won’t turn on at all, which is worse than when I sent them for repair. Given the price of these products, the quality and customer service are extremely disappointing, especially for an item less than a year old. I now have to go through the returns process again, which is unacceptable. One very unhappy customer.
