After much deliberation I purchased the wide straightens for my daughter who has long thick hair after my GHD’s gave up working…they work brilliantly and straighten quickly,literally took me about 5 minutes to do my whole head of hair.I did find it a little strange to begin with that the plates vibrate but quickly got used to it.I like you can take the quiz and it tells you what temperature to use for your hair type, for my particular hair it’s 180. I also got her name engraved onto them for free,which was a nice little added bonus.

The hair dryer was missing from my package, which was damaged. The customer service has been unsatisfactory so far. Their only response was asking if I wanted to mark the item as stolen. I explained it likely fell out due to the damage, but despite following up with two more emails, I received no further replies. Terrible service!
I have owned my straighteners for just 10 months, and they stopped maintaining heat. I arranged a warranty return for repair but was without them for over two weeks, forcing me to buy an alternative product, which cost me more money. They were returned yesterday, worked for about five minutes, and then switched off completely. Now, they won’t turn on at all, which is worse than when I sent them for repair. Given the price of these products, the quality and customer service are extremely disappointing, especially for an item less than a year old. I now have to go through the returns process again, which is unacceptable. One very unhappy customer.
