Bundle Deal Complaint
I paid £219 pre Christmas 2025 for the Contouring Original Iron which came with free travel hairdryer .
The travel hair dryer now has been subject to a product safety recall .
I now have one month to spend a courtesy voucher value of £99. Cloud Nine have no other travel hairdryer for this price yet that is what I want. I would never recommend buying a bundle deal from Cloud Nine , I believe these are total gimmicks. The product safety recall should be available online as the travel hair dryer is currently being sold on eBay .Genuinely I would never advise buying a Cloud Nine bundle. Why should I hve to pay extra. Cloud nice should at least cover their lowest priced dryer of 159. Trading standards will be informed.
Is the recall genuine??
The responses from Cloud Nine were very much 'computer says no'
They also wouldn't entertain offering any blue light discount to help towards the cost.
It's very bad customer service on the whole
