Lack of Communication on Order Status

I placed an order for two pillows a week ago and only received a response after sending an email. I was told there is high demand, but no information on when the pillows will ship. Additionally, I was advised not to send another email, as it would push my initial inquiry to the bottom of the queue. I'm quite disappointed with the service, as I have no clarity on when my package will arrive.
