I placed an order for two pillows a week ago and only received a response after sending an email. I was told there is high demand, but no information on when the pillows will ship. Additionally, I was advised not to send another email, as it would push my initial inquiry to the bottom of the queue. I'm quite disappointed with the service, as I have no clarity on when my package will arrive.

I was happy with my delivery? I’m STILL waiting for it. There was one supposed failed delivery, but no vehicle from the service even tried to deliver. They claimed an attempt was made at 11:22, but three people were home, and our CCTV showed nothing. A second attempt was supposed to happen by 14:56, and when I left at 16:00, there was STILL no attempt. So, for now, I can only give 1 star.
I bought two cloud pillow recharges and pillowcases. The pillows are amazing and have significantly improved my sleep quality. The pillowcases just arrived, and they are stunning, with beautiful packaging. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you!
We are using the Topper and Original Pillows, and we are very pleased. The pillows are adjustable for comfort, and once I found the right setting, I never wanted to use another pillow. Paired with a comfortable topper, my neck and back pain have disappeared. Additionally, their customer service is excellent; they truly value their customers.
