Surprise BanI completed 123 surveys over the course of 5 months, and had no rejection. Suddenly one day, I had a message on my dashboard that said: Waitlisted. We are unable to grant you access to projects at this time. After some quick googling, I discovered it is very common to be suddenly waitlisted (aka banned) for no apparent reason. Also, there is no way to appeal the ban, or ever get it removed; it's permanent. While not being able to do their survey does not affect me in any meaningful way (I was just doing it for giggles) why would someone behave like this? No reason to hit the kill switch on participants who have done nothing wrong—and they don’t even have the decency to explain why. This lack of transparency and fairness is unkind and inconsiderate. Who raised you people? Disgraceful.
