My doctor prescribed me some medication through a service on Friday, December 19th. I completed payment that evening, and the next day it was marked as dispatched. However, it stayed in that status for three additional days, leading me to contact them on Tuesday the 23rd. After numerous calls without an answer, I sent them a message and got this response: "We are currently awaiting further communication from your doctor as the prescribed medication is out of stock with no return date from our supplier. An alternative will be prescribed, or we will cancel and refund your order." I emailed my doctor but received an auto-reply saying she is on leave, meaning I have to wait for an alternative for two weeks! The issue isn't the holidays or the doctor; the system should have alerted the doctor about the medication's unavailability. It should never have been marked as "dispatched," and I should have been notified immediately so I could reach out to my doctor! There are multiple failures here!
