CloudTalk Review – Extremely Frustrating ExperienceMy experience with CloudTalk has been consistently disappointing. Outbound calls only go through about 50% of the time, and when they do, the experience is unreliable. The system often rings and then abruptly disappears without logging the call in HubSpot. Additionally, if a call is declined, there’s no option to leave a voicemail—which severely limits productivity.I’ve submitted a support request regarding these issues, and after more than a week, I still haven’t received a meaningful response. When support does reply, the answers are vague and unhelpful, often putting me right back at square one. I’m not going to waste time creating three example videos to “prove” what’s already happening—especially when the problem is the call interface vanishing entirely.The system is also likely triggering spam filters, as I suspect calls are being marked as spam on the recipient’s end.Overall, CloudTalk is not user-friendly, and the support experience has been less than none. I would not recommend this platform based on our current experience.
