CloudTalk were very responsive when they wanted our business. As soon as we became a customer the experience changed.

Currently, all our campaigns are down. For one week, we have tried to contact customer service. It takes them 24 hours to respond between each message, and still no resolution has been met.

It's a simple issue. We upload a lead list. Contacts are imported successfully, but out of 1,000 contacts, when we add to a campaign, only 12 pull through.

Yet on such a simple issue, we have been down for one week and we are losing revenue.

Wouldn't recommend.

Avoid This Service at All Costs!

I signed up and paid for a 2-month plan (approximately $100 USD). I invested time in setting up A2P verification and met all their compliance requirements flawlessly. Out of nowhere, they deleted my account without any notification! I've attempted to reach out to their support team several times, but I've received absolutely no responses. They took my money and vanished. This feels like a complete scam. Stay clear of this service!

Effective Tool for International Communication

In my administrative position (outside of the US), I primarily use this service to contact tax authorities and vendors in the US. It has proven to be a dependable tool for my daily tasks, with consistent call quality whether I’m dialing US numbers or other international lines. The greatest advantage for me is the ease of use; the ability to switch effortlessly between the mobile app and my laptop is crucial for my responsibilities. The pricing is fair given the features offered. My only suggestion for enhancement would be to broaden SMS capabilities. Specifically, I hope they introduce SMS support for virtual numbers in the Philippines soon, as our team there requires a virtual number with texting options.

Received a flagged number and unjust account suspension

I was assigned a phone number that was already marked as spam before I had a chance to use it. Despite having nearly no call or SMS activity, my account was permanently suspended, and I was accused of “fraudulent activity.” Even a third-party service identified the number as spam, and the support team acknowledged that numbers can carry negative histories. This experience felt entirely unjust and unprofessional.

It's been almost a year using cloudtalk. No issues at all. Onboarding was simple, daily use simpler. Admin functions are enough for medium sized business.

CloudTalk Review – Extremely Frustrating ExperienceMy experience with CloudTalk has been consistently disappointing. Outbound calls only go through about 50% of the time, and when they do, the experience is unreliable. The system often rings and then abruptly disappears without logging the call in HubSpot. Additionally, if a call is declined, there’s no option to leave a voicemail—which severely limits productivity.I’ve submitted a support request regarding these issues, and after more than a week, I still haven’t received a meaningful response. When support does reply, the answers are vague and unhelpful, often putting me right back at square one. I’m not going to waste time creating three example videos to “prove” what’s already happening—especially when the problem is the call interface vanishing entirely.The system is also likely triggering spam filters, as I suspect calls are being marked as spam on the recipient’s end.Overall, CloudTalk is not user-friendly, and the support experience has been less than none. I would not recommend this platform based on our current experience.

its okay but since they put a AI…

its okay but since they put a AI Supports its really horrible because you have to repeat 3 times that u want to speak with a human agent until it happened. Then they changes the process for importing numbers and this is the most disturbing part. So i guess close or airtalk is gonna be a better choice
