CloudTalk were very responsive when they wanted our business. As soon as we became a customer the experience changed.
Currently, all our campaigns are down. For one week, we have tried to contact customer service. It takes them 24 hours to respond between each message, and still no resolution has been met.
It's a simple issue. We upload a lead list. Contacts are imported successfully, but out of 1,000 contacts, when we add to a campaign, only 12 pull through.
Yet on such a simple issue, we have been down for one week and we are losing revenue.
Wouldn't recommend.
