After three months, the app produced was not what I expected, with claims that the coders received incorrect information. The owner reached out to apologize and promised a discount, advising me to halt further payments until the issues were resolved. I accepted this, but despite assurances throughout 2024, the app remained unfinished. I paid the remaining balance of $7,500 on December 2, 2024, expecting completion within a few months. In May 2025, I was reassured by a representative that the app would be finalized for the app stores. However, I was later asked to pay an additional $300 for Google Play Store submission and another $300 for Apple, citing that the previous company did not provide the source code. The service has breached the contract timeline, and the app was uploaded with numerous unresolved issues. I have repeatedly requested my source code and a full refund, along with compensation for the damage to my app's reputation, which had over 10,000 downloads. They are refusing my requests, leading me to consider filing complaints with the BBB and Federal Trade Commission, and potentially hiring a lawyer, as I have invested $11,300 without receiving the promised product.
